Dogman was on a very important mission. He had set out to protect public art. He believed that art should never just be for the select few, the elite who collected the masters in private galleries, only to be seen by the select few deemed worthy. Art was for everyone. It should be out on the streets, there to inspire all no matter where they come from or what their education in art was. This was one of the most important missions of his life.
